Our software supports multiple languages and can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your needs. We are located in Northern California.

  1. MYBOOKS: Can be use at any time to inquire about the status of all your library items.
  2. SWITCHPHONE: Will allow patrons to update the phone number linked to notices.
  3. Renewal: this notice is a reminder that items are due in the next few days. Patrons can request a list of items due for renewal. Patrons have the ability to renew items they selected.
  4. Survey: The library can prepare short survey questions to be delivered via text message. The patrons responses are stored and provided to the library.
  5. Courtesy: this notice is a reminder that library items are due in the next few days. Patrons can request a list of items due. Patrons do not have the ability to renew items.
  6. Overdue: this notice is a reminder that library items are overdue. Patrons can request a list of items due. Patrons have the ability to renew items they selected.
  7. Fees: this notice is a reminder that fees are due for payment.
  8. Hold: this notice is a reminder that items placed on hold are now available for pickup.
  9. IOWEU: Will show you the cumulated fee/fines on each registered library card.
  10. Broadcast: The library can reach all registered patrons with information about upcoming events. Just craft the message and send it to us, we will deliver it. You can even create special events that patrons could signup for.
  11. Library Card Expiration: The library can inform its patrons when their library card is soon to expire.
