Shoutbomb is still a relatively new company, and staff are always willing to work together with the library when we have ideas for improvements in the software. Shoutbomb monitors our account activity on a regular basis and makes sure everything is working properly. Most of the time, if there’s a problem Shoutbomb notices it, contacts us, and takes a proactive role in fixing it rather than waiting for us to contact them. We wish that all the vendors we work with would provide such prompt and attentive customer service!
